Job description The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. This role involves managing staff, optimizing sales performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. The Retail Manager will work closely with upper management to implement strategies aimed at increasing store profitability and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store and website orders
- Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure dispatch is done on time
- Ensure the store is fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies
- Foster a positive work environment and team spirit
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
- Implement merchandising plans to drive sales
- Prepare and manage the store\xe2\x80\x99s budget
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
- Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities.
