We are seeking a Store Manager who is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and ready to make a significant impact in our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Required to handle the day-to-day showroom operations i.e. welcoming the walk -in clients, checking their specific requirements and assisting them with the sales team, following up with clients if required, etc.
• Ability to gauge the requirement of walk -in customer and help them to buy better and suitable products converting it to sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales .
• Establish, maintain, and expand customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals.
• Provide detailed reports on sales activities and follow up
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality standards.
• Coordinating with the internal teams for smooth dispatch of orders
• Ensure that there is a consistent freshness in the display set ups of products.
• Co-ordinating with the sales/ order team for the distribution, tracking orders, addressing queries if any and timely execution.
• Maintaining cleanliness and all catalogues and display products in a neat and orderly manner with the help of support staff.
• Maintain a cheerful and welcoming environment.
• Good aesthetic sense. Good energy levels and ability to multi-task.
• Handling orders by phone, email and checking the order for correctness of prices. Co-ordinating with warehouse team day to day basis for stock, delivery and transportation activity.
• Follow - up for after sales activity like installation, balance payment and other customer queries.
• An experienced interior designer with a good flair of sales/ fabric selection/soft furnishing sales experience with be advantages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the furnishing or interior products related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in MS Office.
• A self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve sales targets.
