Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Executive to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role in retail.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant field preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
