Retail Store Executive

Reports To:

Store Manager

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's profitability. Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the average transaction value.

Store Operations:

Oversee the store's visual merchandising and ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock availability. Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and regular stock audits.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the store team to create a positive and productive work environment. Support new staff training and share best practices.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain daily sales records and prepare sales reports. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
