Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing CCTV products and accessories.
  • Provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize store performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably with CCTV or electronic products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of CCTV systems and technology is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
