Job Title: Retail Store Associate (Female preferred)
Location: Park Circus, Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance : Greet customers, provide information about products, and assist them in finding what they need.
• Sales Transactions : Process sales transactions at the cash register, handle cash and card payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Inventory Management : Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and conduct routine inventory checks.
• Store Maintenance : Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the products, sales, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handling Returns : Manage returns and exchanges as per store policy.
• Customer Service : Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Merchandising : Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise to attract customers and promote sales.

Qualifications:

• Education : Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience : Freshers are welcome.
• Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
