Retail Store Assistant
Job Description
• Supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets.
• Managing daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with a problem-solving attitude.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize the customer experience and improve store operations.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping customers find products
• Marketing and selling products, upselling, and providing advice to help customers choose the right products
• Restocking shelves, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable
• Processing sales transactions and managing the cash register
• Managing inventory and ordering stock
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
Experience:
• Retail sales: 3 years (Preferred)
