Retail Sales Representative

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. A Retail Sales Representative is a customer-oriented professional who assists shoppers in finding the right products. They provide information, process transactions, and promote sales through engagement. Their role involves stocking shelves, handling financial transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business success.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

u Greet and direct customers

u Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

u Answer customers' questions about specific products/services

u Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

u Cross-sell products

u Ensure racks are fully stocked

u Manage returns of merchandise

u Inform customers about discounts and special offers

u Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

u Stay up-to-date with new products/services

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

u Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role

u Understanding of the retail sales process

u Familiarity with consumer behavior principles

u Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

u Basic math skills

u Track record of achieving sales quotas

u Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

u BBA or MBA in Marketing or Graduate degree in any stream .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
