Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Optical Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear that suits their needs and preferences, promoting and selling eyewear products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear products such as glasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses
• Provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and frames to match customer needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and prescription information
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of eyewear products
• Recommend appropriate eyewear products based on customers' visual needs and style preferences
• Process transactions, including payments, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with new products and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in optical sales or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with eyewear products, lens types, coatings, and frames is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
