Hiring for Salesperson at a Jewellery showroom located in Bopal, Ahmedabad
Experience - 1 to 3 Years
Job Responsibilities :
• Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection process.
• Product Knowledge - Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, styles, and care instructions, to answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Sales - Actively engage in selling jewelry pieces, upselling or cross-selling items to increase sales.
• Showroom Maintenance - Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with proper display of jewelry.
• Payment Processing - Handle transactions, including cash, credit, and financing options, while ensuring accuracy in the cash register.
• Inventory Management - Assist in managing inventory, including restocking items, tracking sales, and reporting discrepancies.
• Customer Follow-Up - Maintain relationships with customers by following up on purchases, addressing concerns, and encouraging repeat business.
• Documentation - Complete necessary paperwork for sales, returns, and repairs, and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
