Retail Salesperson
Job Description
As a Retail Sales Officer at Tanishq, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store's visual standards are met.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail sales.
• Education: HSC pass or above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
• Bonus pay
• Performance bonus
