Job Description

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and offer recommendations based on customer needs.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Actively engage with customers to drive sales and promote special offers or new product launches.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
• Continuously update knowledge about new products and retail trends.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to customers.
• Assist in the management of store inventory, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and products are organized for easy access.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or replenishment needs to the store manager.
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain product displays and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
• Balance cash registers at the end of the shift and ensure correct accounting of daily sales.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with arranging merchandise displays to promote sales, including window displays and in-store presentations.
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays in accordance with the company's visual merchandising standards.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by maintaining follow-up communication and loyalty-building techniques.
• Encourage customers to join loyalty programs and participate in store events or promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer details, and daily activities.
• Assist in preparing sales reports for management, tracking sales performance and customer feedback.
• Work closely with the retail team to achieve store goals and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to enhance performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
