Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting items that match their preferences and style.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our clothing collections, including sizes, fits, and trends, to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Sales Goals: Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets through engaging with customers and suggesting complementary items.
• Store Presentation: Help maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store layout, ensuring merchandise is displayed neatly and correctly.
• Checkout and Transactions: Handle sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and tagging items, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build a loyal customer base by providing an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide seamless customer service and achieve store goals.
