Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our showroom team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing expert knowledge of our jewellery collections, and driving sales while upholding Kalyan Jewellers' values of trust and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery by understanding their preferences, offering expert advice, and showcasing our collections.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of each product to confidently answer customer questions.
• Drive sales through effective communication, understanding customer needs, and promoting suitable products.
• Maintain product displays, ensuring that the showroom is visually appealing and organized.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle payments securely.
• Stay updated on promotions, policies, and new arrivals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits.
• Support team members and collaborate effectively to meet showroom goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
