JD -Customer Relationship Executive
Responsibilities:-
1.Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2.Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
3.To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending as per his needs and profile.
4.To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision and also suggest add-on products.
5.Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, enhance profitability and meet targets
6.Other responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day store operations, daily reports and budgets.
Qualifications And Skills
1.10th-12th Pass
2.Minimum 1-2 years experience as a CRE in Apparel Company.
Salary Range
14000 PM-20000 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
