As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry items based on their preferences, occasions, and budgets.
• Explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure the store displays are attractive and regularly updated to showcase the latest collections.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current jewelry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer payments securely.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist in stock management, including inventory checks, tagging, and organizing jewelry pieces.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th standard or a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polished appearance and a positive attitude.
• Customer-centric mindset with a keen interest in jewelry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
