Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Retail Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, particularly in jewellery or other big brands, and will excel in providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in helping us meet our sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate and promote Tanishq's jewellery collections, highlighting product features and benefits.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and industry trends.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or a recognized brand.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for the jewellery industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month
