Retail Sales Officer
Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Greet customers, answer questions, and understand their needs.
SALES:offering expert advice on jewlery section, Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the jewlery shop.
Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends,including materials,designs and pricing.
Inventory management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
Visual merchandising: Help create attractive store displays.
Customer relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Sales transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Returns and exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Experience: 1-2years of experince in retail sales ,preferably in a jewellery background.
Education Qualification: Min +2 pass
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
