Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget. Demonstrate deep product knowledge, including metal types, gemstone details, making charges, and current offers. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Handle billing, packaging, and documentation accurately. Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the Store Manager promptly. Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends and market competitors.
