Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail banking customers.
Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services, such as savings accounts, current accounts, debit/credit cards, loans, and wealth management solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for a variety of banking products.
Conduct account openings, process transactions, and ensure adherence to all banking regulations and KYC norms.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Cross-sell relevant bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
