Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales and material distribution, ensuring the effective promotion and distribution of Ruchak Indian Snacks in the market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the efficient distribution of our products. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base. Sales Operations:Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize results.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities. Material Distribution:Oversee the distribution of Ruchak Indian Snacks products to retailers and wholesalers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize distribution processes. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives.
Provide training and support to sales team members as needed. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales and distribution, preferably in the snacks industry.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
