Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales & Marketing Representatives for marketing and sells to join our team. In these roles, you will be responsible for:

1. Market Research : Understanding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

2. Sales Targets : Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling Personal Care Products to retailers.

3. Customer Relationships : Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

4. Product Knowledge : Having in-depth knowledge of the Products being sold, including their features and benefits.

5. Promotions : Organizing and participating in promotional activities to boost product sales.

6. Reporting : Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Willingness to travel and work in the field.
