? Vibrant & enthusiastic individuals with a hunger for sales

? Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

? Flair for storytelling and not shy away from approaching customers nearby.

? Prior experience dealing with retail high-end skincare brands preferred (Body Shop / Kama).

? Flexibility to work in shifts (Day / Night / Rotational).

? Step outside the store and approach the customers.

? Take the initiative to distribute pamphlets/vouchers to market & attract customers to the brand.

Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while upholding the brand's commitment to sustainability.

Visual Merchandising: Implement visually appealing and sustainable store displays that showcase our eco-friendly products and reinforce the brand's values.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert knowledge on sustainable practice creating a customer-centric environment.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and keeping accounts.

Sales and Targets: Drive sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals while promoting the brand's sustainable ethos.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
