Job Description
Female candidate should be from garment industry with 5 to 10 years experience and smart, presentable, married ladies are encouraged to apply.
Retail Sales persons job descriptions :
• Sales planning : Developing and executing sales plans to meet company targets
• Customer service : Providing excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Client relationship management : Acquiring and managing client relationships
• Sales reporting : Providing regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges
• Sales generation : Achieving monthly sales targets through proactive selling
• Product knowledge : Having knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer label
Conceptualising store promotions and marketing campaigns . Soliciting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Coordinating with inventory, maintenance, and procurement teams. Addressing customer concerns and resolving disputes.
Apart from the above any other job, Store Manager will allot from time to time.
