The Retail Sales Executive drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service in a retail environment. They engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement : Greet customers, provide product advice, and address inquiries.
• Sales : Promote and sell products to meet sales goals; upsell and cross-sell.
• Store Presentation : Maintain an organized, visually appealing store and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Customer Relationships : Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and assist with daily store operations.
• Feedback & Reporting : Share customer insights and sales performance with management.
Required Skills:
• Experience : Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales Skills : Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Focused : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using POS systems and basic tech tools.

Qualifications:
