Job Description
• Customer service : Providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty
• Sales strategies : Implementing sales strategies and participating in promotions to increase sales
• Relationship building : Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
• Feedback collection : Gathering customer feedback and relaying it to management for service improvement
• Reporting : Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Inventory control : Managing inventory
• Staff management : Managing staff
• Marketing : Participating in marketing activities to increase brand recognition and store foot traffic
