Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage annual budgets, forecasting sales and expenses.
• Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Drive initiatives to increase store traffic and sales conversion rates.
• Develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Implement customer loyalty programs to retain and attract customers.
• Merchandising and Inventory Management:
• Oversee product assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product availability.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
