: The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through retail channels, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring our products are effectively promoted and sold in the retail market. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales, a passion for customer service, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential retail sales opportunities to expand market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
• Train and support retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to retailers.
• Negotiate and close retail sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor retail market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective retail sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.
• Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and best practices in retail sales.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
