Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers in our showroom, showcase our luxury furniture, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience. The Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers as they enter the showroom. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture options.
• Showcase and demonstrate features of various furniture pieces, including sofa sets, beds, dining sets, wardrobes, and office items.
• Use a polite and professional approach to engage customers and build rapport..
• Employ sales techniques to promote and sell products. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about product availability, features, and pricing.
• Manage customer expectations and provide alternative solutions if a specific product is not available.
• Follow up with customers to provide feedback.

Qualifications:

• A normal graduation degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in the furniture or luxury goods industry)
• Strong customer retention skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use presence of mind to engage customers and provide suitable alternatives.
• Polite, professional, and confident demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
