Retail Sales Executive
Job Description

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and provide recommendations.
• Sales: Promote and sell jewelry, meet sales targets, and upsell products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about jewelry and diamond features, pricing, and trends.
• Transactions: Handle sales transactions, process payments, and prepare invoices.
• Merchandising: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-purchase and gather feedback.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals.
• Promotions: Assist with sales events and special offers.
