Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering a best-in-class shopping experience that reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of our brand. Your passion for luxury products - home decor, exceptional communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction will ensure every client feels valued and inspired. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales goals, build lasting client relationships, and represent the brand's ethos of elegance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized, high-touch service to all clients by anticipating their needs, offering expert product knowledge, and delivering tailored recommendations that align with their style and preferences.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the boutique. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to drive sales and inspire confidence in clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a loyal customer base by providing exceptional after-sales service, following up with clients, and managing client information to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Product Expertise: Stay informed about the brand's product offerings, seasonal collections, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate and engaging information. Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is presented to the highest standards, maintaining attractive displays and ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and presented in line with brand guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet store goals, share insights, and support the store's daily operations. Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the luxury image and values of Table & Twist both in-store and in all client interactions. Demonstrate a keen understanding of brand heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
• Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, store opening/closing duties, and other operational tasks as needed to maintain smooth store operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a strong preference for those with 2+ years in home decor.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Strong passion for home decor and an in-depth understanding of the same.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable presentation, with a polished and professional demeanor that aligns with the luxury market.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
