Position: Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive with a strong background in the following areas:

1. Telecalling: Efficiently handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert potential customers into clients.

2. Online Tendering: Manage and respond to online tenders and bids.

3. Social Media Marketing: Strategize and execute campaigns to promote our products and services on social media platforms.

4. Graphic Designing: Create engaging and visually appealing content for marketing materials and online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Meet sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
• Participate in tendering processes, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
• Design graphics for promotional materials and digital marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in retail sales, telecalling, tendering, social media marketing, and graphic designing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Candidates residing in or near Hitech City are highly preferred.
