We are seeking a skilled and dedicated salesperson to join our jewelry store team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the jewelry industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers with selecting jewelry pieces.
• Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, quality, and style.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Store Maintenance:
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Display jewelry items attractively and securely.
• Billing and Operations:
• Operate computer systems for billing and inventory management.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Update inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Jewelry Knowledge:
• Perform jewelry calculations and appraisals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and styles in the jewelry market.
• Advise customers on product care and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a salesperson in the jewelry industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating computers and billing systems.
• Ability to perform accurate jewelry calculations.
• A friendly and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
