Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
• Assist in managing daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and overall visual presentation.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Customer Service:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Implement customer retention strategies to build loyalty.
Team Management:
• Supervise and mentor store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Assist in scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and managing staff performance.
• Provide training to new employees on company standards and processes.
Sales and Targets:
• Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs.
• Assist in executing promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Inventory Management:
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks to prevent shrinkage.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Manage stock transfers, returns, and reconciliations.
Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to the Store Manager.
