Retail Sales Associate
Job Description
A showroom salesperson, also known as a retail sales representative or showroom sales associate, has many responsibilities, including:
• Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find items
• Product knowledge: Providing information about products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Inventory: Keeping track of stock, ensuring shelves are stocked, and removing outdated items
• Customer satisfaction: Resolving complaints and issues, and working with the customer service team to improve the customer experience
• Promotions: Highlighting sales floor promotions and seasonal displays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
