Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and their benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Ensure products are labeled correctly and priced accurately.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• A passion for organic products and healthy living is a bonus.
