Retail Sales Assistant
Job Description
Previous retail experience, especially in luxury goods, is preferred.
• Greet customers and offer assistance in selecting gemstones and jewelry.
• Provide detailed information on products, including quality, pricing, and care.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing displays.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
