The Sales Executive at a Dry Fruits Store is responsible for assisting customers with product selections, ensuring an excellent
shopping experience, and supporting the overall store operations. The role involves maintaining product displays, promoting dry
fruits, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Customer Service:•
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information on various types of dry fruits, their health benefits, and best uses.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience and leave satisfied.
2. •Sales Support:•
- Promote products, seasonal offerings, and special discounts to drive sales.
- Suggest additional products to customers (upselling) based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and process payments accurately.
- Help achieve daily sales targets by actively engaging with customers.
3. •Product Knowledge:•
- Maintain a strong knowledge of dry fruits, their origin, and their health benefits.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product information.
- Educate customers on how to store and use the products.
4. •Store Maintenance:•
- Keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and neatly displayed.
- Ensure products are properly labeled with correct pricing.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, including the checkout area.
- Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and quality.
5. •Inventory Assistance:•
- Assist with unpacking, sorting, and stocking deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and notify the manager of low stock items.
- Ensure proper storage of dry fruits to maintain product quality and freshness.
6. •Other Duties:•
- Assist with promotional activities, such as product sampling or demonstrations.
- Support the store manager with daily tasks as needed.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety guidelines.
