Job Description

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our store, ensuring that customers have an enjoyable and satisfying shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting clothing, provide product knowledge, and maintain store presentation standards. Your goal is to maximize sales while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on clothing and accessories.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Participate in store promotions and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
