Job Title - Sales Representative
Location- Bhubaneswar
Segment - Retail Studio of high end architectural tiles, Surfaces, Window systems and other interior products
We are looking for a competitive Sales & marketing specialist for our new studio to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with the Specifiers, existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilise those markets to expand revenue. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with clients/designers/architects as well as the team and have excellent negotiating skills in pursuing and closing the orders.
Responsibilities
• Attend and interact with the visitors (can be an architect, interior designer or customers).
• Visit Architects and Interior designers or any prospective client to build a network in the territory.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with prospects daily
• Keep yourself updated with ongoing projects and visit the projects as per requirements.
• Travel to different construction sites & projects to meet the responsible person
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them.
• Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
• Utilise all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
• Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the Midwestern territory
• Update client information in the company contact database
• Effectively demonstrate product line
• Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Qualifications
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
• Interest in design, creativity, Sales, Networking, travel
• Experience working with CRM and google sheets
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
•Competitive salary + incentives & bonus will be provided•

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
