Retail Sales Assistant
Job Description
• Customer engagement : Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them select jewelry
• Sales : Presenting products, upselling and cross-selling, and completing sales transactions.
• Product display : Ensuring products are displayed attractively and safely
• Customer service : Handling customer complaints and objections, and providing excellent customer service
• Reporting : Creating reports and reviews with sales and financial data, and reporting sold stock to the section head
• Teamwork : Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Feedback : Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with internal teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?32,822.29 per month
