Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant with experience in retail environments such as supermarkets, jewelry stores, textiles, or similar industries. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to provide an excellent shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
