• Customer service : Assisting customers with queries and purchases
• Merchandising : Visual merchandising and stock replenishment
• Store operations : Managing the store and following communication procedures
• Sales support : Handling customer complaints and providing solutions
• Record keeping : Processing customer accounts and filing documents
