JD (Retail Trade Executive)

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. As Retail Trade Executive you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Chhattisgarh region for various industries. He/She will be responsible for handling products like Medium Voltage (MV) & Low Voltage (LV) switchgears, wires & cables and Industrial Lighting etc. This is a mid-level position with 2-3 years of Experience and the employment type is full time.

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in electrical or electrical & electronics and MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.

• Understanding of the retail Trade process.
• Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Proven experience as a Retail Trade Executive in Electrical Industry handling various electrical products.
• Should have knowledge of local industries & should be known to key decision makers.
• Strong Management & sales skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Experience in revenue and profit growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to Clients and Customers (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Building new lead generation in the defined region/segment/sector/market etc. as per the targets and business development with client strategies.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Passion for Sales, Business Development & Networking.
• Strong working knowledge in MS office, analysing data in presentable/ required forms (spreadsheets/presentations/etc.)
• Excellent Verbal, written communication skills in English (Local language skills are added advantage)
• Willing to travel intensively and on short notice.
• To build and support strong client relationships and networks with continuous improvement in different market segments.
• Payment Follow up with Customer and Clients.
