Job description Role & responsibilities As a Retail Store Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
- Primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-organized and attractive store environment.
- Greeting,approaching the customers, in friendly and professional manner and showcase nyassa products.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers through excellent service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
- Responsible for overall store operations
- Keep track of stock levels in the store. Oversee stock movement and storage.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- 6months, Even fresher with good communication and personality can apply
