Role Profile : Key Accountabilities

• Welcome and greet customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a fully stocked store.
• Ascertain customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and wants.
• Strong Focus on sales target & ensure periodical sales achievement.
• (Daily/Monthly/Quality/yearly)
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Manage point-of-sale processes.
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Requirements and skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Medical Fitness.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 18,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
