Inventory Management
Partner with the VP, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation to establish product plans for each season with sku, Value and unit department targets based on contribution by product category
Ensure inventory plans tie to merchandise plans & company budget; identify business opportunities (e.g. by style and price point)
Maintain monthly OTB process with inventory investments to maximize productivity including initial buy, liquidation, re-orders, and allocation strategies for specific product categories.
Oversee inventory at total level for all channels (LFS,MBO ,EBO&E-commerce) & store capacities
Monitor performance versus plan and LY
Support Hindsight, Buy Reviews and Business Reviews with standard and Ad-Hoc analysis.
Present action points to senior management and gain consensus on business approaches
Experienced in new store openings, inventory chase & inventory projections
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and controls markdown cadence and aged-inventory levels in order to maximize profitability while achieving necessary sell-thrus
Collect and analyze weekly, monthly and seasonal retail sales data to identify risks/opportunities with in the business.
Work with business analysist to maximize Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly planning reports on KPIs.
Allocation:
Work with merchants & allocators to devise a clear allocation strategy based on region specific needs.
Manage/support/develop the merchandise allocators.
Partner closely with logistics & warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of product to stores
Process
Create a merchandising road map for the season based on financial targets and retail analysis. Roadmap will include: Category Penetration Planning, Style and Sku count direction, Line pricing direction, Gross margin implications and Replenishment needs.
Support the implementation and execution of new business processes including partner drop ship and other ecommerce sites.
Proactively identify department specific retail issues and opportunities, proposing solutions and communicating a unified direction.
Collaborate and partner cross functionally to understand full scope of business needs and challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of experience in PR & Communications at luxury and/or fashion brand
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Store land, Qlikview experience, a plus
Outlet experience, a plus

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
