Position PlannerRole

• Retail planner advises retail stores on all aspects of strategy, planning and development to maximize sales.
• Retail planners use sales information to forecast the best products to sell and next possible trends.
• He\she works towards converting inventory to sales in the least possible time.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly / Monthly / Yearly - Adhoc reporting of sales and stock performance
• Replenishments, IST and store requirements
• PLI Calculations
• Licensing category management - Fragrances and Watches
• Movement documents and tracking - STO / PO etc.

Desired Functional and Behavioral Skills-

• Must have good analytical skills and detailing.
• Ability to respond to changes in the market.
• Forecasting skills and the ability to determine sales trends in the market
• Good economic sense with strong budgetary controls.
• Good networking skills
• Good brands and product appreciation in respective category.

Education & Experience Required-

• Minimum 2 years of experience of handling single or multiple store in premium\luxury segment.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
• Ability to mobilize inventory to sales across stores.
• Liaise with the buyer, store teams and logistics to ensure products are on the move to meet the sales targets.
• Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
