Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy Firm. Our client a leading Multi-store Retail Optical Brands deals in Premium Optical Products located Near C.G. Road, Ahmedabad. Position: Retail Planner Reporting to Director Office Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Salary: 50-60K/Month Weekly Off on any wokring day between Mon to Friday ( No Weekly Off on Sat-Sun & on Major festivals) Roles & Responsibilities Set up appropriate system parameters, profiles, safety stocks, display minimums, , to achieve store/item in stock goals and objectives Create seasonal, monthly and weekly plans and forecasts for sales, inventory, markdowns and gross margin Initiate and develop actionable analysis to recap business by classification and subclass at a top-line store level in order to partner with buying team to create strategies to drive sales and achieve gross margin profitability Work with buying team and stores to analyze business to maximize sales and stock opportunities Produce weekly reports for sales, inventory & purchase. Track material receipts to support in-season allocation strategies Liaison between Field and Logistics for scheduling deliveries for ongoing requirements. Develop, review and analyze weekly product reports for merchandising and planning strategies Partner with stores teams to ensure timely flow of monthly new products into stores. Work closely with Merchandising and Marketing on assortment plans and monthly product highlights to support outlet initiatives. Required Skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook) Bachelor\'s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and years of experience 2 years retail experience desired, 2 years work experience in an analytical field desired Love to work collaboratively in a group, are a confident communicator and have an innate willingness to dig in and contribute with your team Are a true strategic business partner Think innovation and entrepreneural spirit is critical in a business environment and support others in creative thinking If interested, Please share your resume with details of your present salary, expectations & notice period on [HIDDEN TEXT]
