KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Partner to join our team in Mumbai. As a Retail Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as fostering strong relationships with existing ones to drive business growth and increase sales. • Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers by offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently achieving or exceeding sales performance metrics.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products and services offered by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the competitive insurance industry.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, insurance, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Sales Skills: Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
